Earlier in 2024, SkillUp Naija embarked on a mission to inspire and empower SS3 students in Benin City with the knowledge and tools for skills development and entrepreneurship. The initiative kicked off with the distribution of *Skills to Wealth: The Complete Teens’ Entrepreneurship Guide*, a book designed to ignite entrepreneurial thinking and self-reliance among young minds.
The books, generously sponsored by LAPO Microfinance Bank and EDSOGPADEC, were first distributed during the flag-off of EDOTEC at Benson Idahosa University, where over 16 schools gathered for the landmark event. The outreach continued to Idogbo and Ugiomo Secondary Schools, touching the lives of hundreds of graduating students eager to explore new possibilities.
